Altinkum is a resort town located on the shore of the Aegean sea in Turkey. The name "Altinkum " translates to "golden sand". The town has three main beaches. Altinkum is popular with British and Turkish tourists. There is a range of bars and restaurants offering a range of Turkish and British food. Akbuk is well situated, on the way between Altinkum and Bodrum airport. It is only 15 kilometres from Altinkum resort and 65 kilometres from Bodrum airport. There are regular bus services to both Bodrum and Altinkum for very cheap prices. If you are driving, Akbuk is only 40 minutes drive from Bodrum airport. The Altinkum Didim Yacht Marina in Turkey has been in the pipeline for an absolute age, but the waiting is finally over. The £33.6 million marina will open next month, potentially giving a huge boost to property in the Altinkum area. The luxury marina will cover more than 287,000 square metres of land between Third Beach and Parlementerler, to the west of Altinkum and is set to change the face of the Turkish coastline at Didim.

We have recently purchased a property in Kusadasi through ABC and we cannot speak highly enough of the friendly and caring service all the staff have given us. They have helped us with not only the purchase of the property but also guided us through the legal formalities, buying of the furniture and given us support with their after sales service. From the initial viewing to us being able to use our villa took very little time due to their very hard work and we now look upon them not only as an Estate Agent but also as friends.
There is just one thing which might be helpful on your website, and that would be to perhaps given more detailed information on how the company is set up and also the names and positions of the people working there.

We live in France and come every year for stay and tour in Turkey, we have visited many places. As were were in love with this country for many years, we searched a holiday house and wanted to find the best place for it : sun, sea, nice people, airport facilities, places to visit. There was one place for that, Kusadasi!
So we went on internet and had link on ABC, Kusadasi homes, real estate agency in Kusadasi.
It was answered to our enquiry very fast, we received a selection of houses with picture on our e-mail, so we could fix an appointment for our next stay in turkey.
The agency helped us for accommodation, and above all they came and met us at our hotel to take us to different places. They were very patient, well organized and efficient. They managed to find us exactly what we wanted at very reasonable price and condition so decision was taken within a few days.
They arranged everything with the lawyer to insure or future owner protection and everything was ready when we came back to kusadasi for summer and have our new house. They helped us too very much with language problems, taking us to shops for necessary furniture and so on. They verified to that everything was in order in house and assured that they would take care while were back to France. It is important to say too that they can offer many services as airport transfert, hotel accommodation waiting to find house…
